When you connect with WiFi, you are (usually) using the DNS servers that the Wifi gives you. Some WiFis will give you the DNS of the internet provider or modem they are connected to, and some have been set to go to other DNS servers. When you connect by mobile, you are connected to the DNS servers of the mobile phone provider. Usually different than the WiFi DNS.
The DNS is kind of like the phone book that translates 'google.com' into 74.125. 22.101 (the IP address).
Some DNS systems remove the addresses of sites they do not want you to connect to. Some just don't have complete listings.
For example, if I don't want you to go to google.com, and you are using my DNS, I can instead send you to 98.139. 183.24 (yahoo.com), or to no where at all.
Some DNSs subscribe to a "naughty black list" and refuse to give you the IP address and / or make connections for sites on that list. Many hotels and free public WiFi systems do this.
On your macbook (and maybe your tablet), you can tell the system not to use the DNS servers the WiFi wants to give you, but the ones you program yourself.

In the short time I knew her she was losing a lot of weight and I barely recognized her the last time I saw her. The last I heard about her she was living in the county with a sugar daddy.
I ran into her again at a familiar friends house on the west side. First off let me warn you; the girls drug of choice requires her to use needles. I must admit though, even with the lack of weight on her body, her face was surprisingly full off life, and had no signs of drug use. Ran the wash blvd'/ sa route yesterday at lunch. Mp was doa and remained so and as I was thinking about leaving I did the sa and low and behold ran into little melanie who used to live behind the sa. On another note, heartbreaking about the deaths lately, poor Sam. I genuinely liked her, but man did she go downhill hard in the last 6 months. Last time I saw her it took me several passes before I realized it was her. She couldn't have been more than 90 pounds; the candy ate her alive. I was actually put off by her appearance.
I read here terms like "street meat" etc, and I don't agree. No reason not to be civil, life is too short. Treat everyone like you expect to be treated yourself.

Hundreds of them from Maine to Florida. This is just a relic from another era, which means paid for and a cash machine these days.
