As social programs managed at the federal level come to a halt such as SNAP managed by Department of Agriculture, and Section 8/ Vouchers managed by HUD or the SSI payments managed by office of Social Security. For the most part, this could have a positive impact other than the potential increase crime rates.

Around what time. Every time I swing through there it's a bunch of dirty looking walkers. I miss that late night Fayette st strip downtown. All the strippers used to come and make money after 2 am. Shit was dead when I last rolled through.About 3-4 am. Had a 20 yr old up there the other day.

Where is the activity on Fayette? What intersection?Used to be right near the Clarence p Mitchell courthouse. About 2-230 am it used to get active. All good looking young women. However because they aren't addicts they wanted double so:40 for front seat and double for half and half. But I can't lie, I exchanged numbers with a couple and used to hit for free until that shit got old. Doubt it's still active with all the online stuff now.
