It's interesting that LE would block off Catherine, Ray. As you know, Catherine is the main entrance into the Westside Shopping Center from Wilkens. I am sure if the merchants were aware that LE was doing this while Westside was open for business, they would express their displeasure.

Then again, everyone knows that the intersection of Catherine and Wilkens is a major SW pick-up spot. It's the home of our girl Heather. lol Next time you drive by there, look on the wall and see the sign: HOOKERS FREE ZONE. That might be another clue:o) lmao

LE barricading streets off and changing traffic patterns is an old tactic LE uses to harass SW's, mongers and drug dealers. It also makes it easier for LE to surveil the area.

I have seen LE barricade streets in Pigtown and on the PP/Conkling loops, particularly at night. It's pretty eerie to see this and know that LE is close by watching.

Mary Pat Clarke must be riding the rag something awful to get this much heat to come down all at once - I'm beginning to think that her cycle is the same as Dixon's. Either way this is nothing but bad news for the mongering to be done in the area, at least until the election. It honestly wouldn't even be worth griping about, except that we just had an election last year - hopefully it won't be too much of a shock to our systems to see what regular mongering in Baltimore looks like - the lord only knows it's been long enough since any of us have seen it.

Thursday I was up cruising the usual loops starting around 5 pm. After checking BCB with no luck I moved over to WW.

I made two extended circles which took about half an hour. During my drives I noticed no blockade on Catherine. In fact I used it to access Millington where I picked up Lori. She's a 26yo wsw, petite with decent build. A 9 year smoker but not CCL skinny. Ramsey however was broken up going southbound below Calhoun for some type of utility work. Made it difficult to cruise the area coming off Scary.

I am usually a DC mongerer, but last Saturday, after not being able to find any action there, I decided to venture up to your fair city to hook up with someone I met on the chatline. Drove the W/W loop last night for a few trips. Man was it dead. So I moved on down to Brooklyn and WOW this place was poppin. The only problem was getting close looks to see which ones were CBU or not. Within 2 min of doing the Pontiac loop I found a goldmine. I made the trip to B-more in a dream around 0 dark thirty Thursday morning, I first traveled the W/W loops and was shocked by the very little LE presence. However there was very little in the way of SW's. Nothing was out that wouldn't have caused the paint peel off my fenders. I then traveled to CB with higher hopes, just to be let down again. Perhaps this report should go on the DC or PG county boards, but this is really intended for the Baltimore mongers who are thinking of a street mongering trip to DC.

Like many of us, I read the DC and PG threads and I've often wondered how the Eastern Ave mongering compares to our Baltimore mongering. Eastern runs along the DC/Maryland boarder at the north side of the east corner of DC. Yesterday I did a few passes from Kennilworth to the Southeast end of Eastern. What I found was 3 definate BSWs and 2 possible BSWs, all of which looked healthier and dressed better than the typical WSW on the Clix loop. They also looked a bit rougher whereas most of our girls look like weak victims of their life style. I'd say the Eastern Ave SWs look a lot like the Garrison SWs. None of the 5 had the extra booty that Trick Williams likes.

There was one that looked worthy of the scoop but LE was nearby each time I looped by. I went home unserviced.

If you are in or near the DC area, you might want to try Eastern the next time you are in the mood for a BSW.

I stuck to my story, and he said, "You sure you want to stay with that story?", and I said yes, whereupon he asked for my license, went to compare notes with his partner, and check for warrants.

I suppose I could have asked if I was free to go after he brought my license back. I was trying to not piss him off too badly, which seemed to work OK. I figured if I tried to play amateur lawyer that I was more likely to get ticketed or actually arrested, even if it would have ultimately not been upheld.

Has anyone ventured to Ingleside Ave in Woodlawn/Catonsville? I've had two encounters in that area, but it was a couple years ago. I should have made this report about 2 weeks ago when it happened. I hope nobody got ripped off since then.

On Pontiac near 4th stood a cute blonde spinner wearing a schoolgirl short plaid skirt. This was probably between 9pm and 10pm on a weekday evening. She was a real turn on. She looked too good to be true but after about 3 passes I stopped when she signaled for a ride. She gets in and says her name is Heather. Well, for those who remember me from few years ago, good to see you guys are still here. I've been gone a few years in Cali, but now I'm officially back in Baltimore.

Hit the stroll for the first time in a long time a few days ago at about 9pm. What a first night back. I headed over to pig and drove around a few blocks and suddenly get pulled over by 5.0 cuz I didn't use my right-turn signal. haha! What a "hey, welcome back," first nighter.

Cuz of that, I quickly left that spot and made it over to eastern. Saw a hot young 20's brunette in a small white skirt. I pull over, but she gets whistled by some dude sitting on his porch. I could tell he's trying to get her into his house, and after 2 minutes of talking, she does.

I drive some more in that area, but a comlete ghost town. I decided that was enough for me for a first night back in town.

She wanted me to mish her BBFS, but from her looks, I didn't trust if her love spot was clean or not. So I said BBBJWS was good enough for me. She swallowed every drop and we went our merry way. Good attitude. Maybe I'll try her BBFS but only if someone can verify if she's clean.

I've been away for so long, I have to start from ground zero again to see which ones are ok to BBFS and which ones not to.

Last Wednesday around noon after dropping off a female friend in Westport, I go to a liquor store to pickup something to drink and a young blond girls with nice hip hugger jeans a tank top with firm c-cups came up and ask to borrow ten dollars to buy some gas(we were not by a gas station) I tell her I might have some work for her, so she can get a full tank of gas.

Standard rate for BBBJWS in Balt is one jack, they know it and we know it. If service warrants a tip is always a good idea. Paying them more initially only screws up the curve.



Maybe I'll try her BBFS but only if someone can verify if she's clean.

Dundalk is out of the way for most mongers, plus it is a really hit or miss location. When I hunt I include it in my travels but only after 40, Conkling, and PP turn up dry. It's a long stroll, all the way from the I-95 overpass to the town of Dundalk itself. Making pickups can be difficult as the side streets are spaced out.

They are a different group of girls that work Dundalk though. They don't seem to be as drugged out as the other East side SW's. Most of the ones I've found have been drinking to one extent or another.

I've seen several stings going on there in the past several years, particulary in the area of the railroad bridge overpass. The decoys will work either side of the street and "bums" will be sitting nearby with their "bottles" in paper bags at their sides. I never see bums there except when the decoys are out.
The patrol units will sit in the parking lot behind the church. The last time I saw a sting going on I grabbed a sandwich, soda, and sat up close on the grass where I could see things. One of the decoys walked over and asked the usual questions. When I told her "Officer I'm just going to watch the show" she got pissed and reported me to her backups. They showed up and as I wasn't breaking any laws or interfering left me to my sandwich and free entertainment.

Well, I'm glad to hear rate has dropped down. Last time I was here, cbj/bbbj was .3/.4, and cfs/bbfs was .4/.5. So if now bbbj is .2, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. That's two lunch meals for me... haha!

I arrived on the scene Monday around noon. I was determined to go check out the PP/Conkling area for the first time, but went to Brooklyn first.

I found a few of the regulars that I haven't picked up yet, and decided to keep it this way. However, when I was cruising Pontiac, I met a LEO head on at a stop sign. I decided that was a sign to leave the area, and moved over to W/W.

Just as I passed Desoto, I saw a 30 something petite blonde walking around the diner. I circled around at Dukeland to get a better look, but she is about 40, older than I like so I passed. I made a loop, and ran into another two LEOs around Ramsey, so I decided to go further south. I picked up a 30yo redhead Chrissy at Brunswick. She has a very prominent set of bolt-ons and large nips. After finding out she is a MO4, I opted for only head. Standard rate applied. She was quite toothy at times, but very apologetic. She takes her time and put in good effort, licking and paying attention to the boys. I got her digits if anyone's interested, but I won't repeat.

After I dropped her off, she crossed the street in front of me. As she was going by, a black ULE crown vic pulled up in the left lane beside me. She dropped something and picked it up off the street which aroused the attention of the two LE in the car. The light turned green and I pulled away. I hope everything turned out okay for her back there with the guys with the short haircuts. As I continued up Wilkens I saw three more LE cruisers and decided to go get some polish sausage.

From there, I went over to Brooklyn and found a pair of young and tenders at Pontiac and 5th fairly quickly. I opted for the cute faux blonde. I didn't recognize her at first, but then realized it was Missy. She is 5'6, 26yo, fairly smart, good attitude. The first time I picked her up I promised myself I would get FS the next chance I got. I took her to a good spot and got her neked. She has one fine body. She's got nice legs, ample ass, and perfect perky b cups. Her physical attractiveness aside, performance is mediocre. I did a few loops in the Wilkens and Washington Blvd area but saw only a few options. Each time they were gone when I got back or they were way to fugly up close.
