One word of caution about Rte 9. It is a state route and parts of it are in Wilmington. And as such it is often patrolled by all three flavors of LE. At times I have even seen all three [Blue, Brown & Gray] together conferencing with a citizen over some particular matter. Also have seen UCLE in the area working its magic. So cavet emptor.

The other spot most mentioned is the Super Wawa closer to the airport (Yeah there are two Super Wawas on Rte 13). If one is headed south on I-95 from the City of Brotherly Love, take the 295 exit like you were headed to NJ across the Del Memorial Bridge. Immediately hit the ext for Rte 13 SOUTH towards Dover. You'll have to do some swing around loop, but once you cross under the 295 bridge, get right as the Wawa is a stone's throw away. Nice BIG Section 8 housing block behind that Wawa and if one drags a Jackson through there I'm sure they'll find something.

Once again I have fallen behind in my postings. In Jackie's case it isn't necessary for me to write a lengthy review. She is a avenue fixture and well reviewed. In fact, IMHO, there is TMI on this particular lady.

Today I saw my old friend Jackie (link to my old report) on Letterly at about 5:00 PM. She has put on just enough weight to be voluptuous.
