Advertising Rates: Rates subject to change without notice.

Banner Rotation: Banner positions #1 and #2 are displayed in rotation with a total of 4 banners from different advertisers, displayed equally at random when the page loads. All other banners are displayed full time (static).

Traffic Tracking: Impressions are tracked by www.statcounter.com. Generally, the USASexGuide Forum pages averages 600,000± page loads per day. Traffic reports for the USASexGuide Forum are posted at www.statcounter.com for advertiser review.

Traffic Guarantee: We guarantee that your banner will be displayed a average minimum times per day as specified in the chart above, averaged across the preceeding 30 days or for the duration of your banner contract (whichever is less). In the event that your banner is not displayed as described above, we will at your option either refund a pro-rated portion of your advertising purchase OR extend your banner's exposure as compensation.


Billing Policies

Payment Options: Payment may be made by credit card, wire transfer or Bitcoin. When the payment clears, the banner goes up.

Grace Period: For returning advertisers we allow a 7 day grace period for late payment before we pull a banner.

Performance Guarantee: We offer a money back guarantee in the event of technical issues on our end that prevented your banner from being seen.

Refunds: Other than technical issues on our end, all sales are final once the banner goes up.

Time Frame: The minimum time frame you may purchase is 1 month at a monthly rate. The maximum time you may purchase in advance is six months.

Rate Options: At present we offer a flat/fixed monthly rates only.

Rate Changes: Receipt of your payment locks in the current advertising rates. However, we reserve the right to modify our advertising rates at any time.

Banner Exchange: We do not offer "cross advertising". Example: You host a banner for us, we'll host one for you. All banner slots are paid for, never traded.


Banner Policies

Banner Approval: All banners must be approved by USASexGuide.nl staff prior to being put into rotation. We reserve the right to refuse any banner that we don't like.

Obnoxious Graphics: Banners with rapid strobe-like animation are not allowed. Banners like this do not generate a greater response, but they do negatively impact the site and the value of other advertising on it. This is a matter of interepretation which USASexGuide.Info staff will evaluate on a case by base basis.

Macromedia Flash: Macromedia Flash ad banners are acceptable subject to staff review.

Banner Hosting: We will host your banner for you. However, we suggest that advertisers host their own banner images so that they may track impressions as well as click throughs from their own web logs. We want you to see for yourself how we perform.

Banner Removal: Changing the banner to be displayed without approval from USASexGuide.nl staff will result in your banner being pulled from rotation. Money will not be refunded for a violation of this policy.

Banner Sizes: Images must adhere to either the stated sizes above or be specifically approved by USASexGuide.nl staff. We can be flexible on this, but only to a point. Like any web site we have layout issues to consider.
