A Leicester man was arrested in connection with a shooting at a Worcester massage parlor that killed a woman on Thanksgiving Day.

Marcel Santos-Padgett, 31, is charged with armed assault to murder, Worcester Police Department said. Police identified Santos-Padgett as a suspect through security video, on which they captured a "clear" picture of him, according to court documents. They also identified a car near the scene with license plates registered to him.
