I agree on Tryst as a 2nd site. The issues (however) are:

Many have GPS (ok, nearly all of them do). Most want WAY high $$ compared to the going stg girl rate.
Most (if not all) want a deposit. Not going to happen for the experienced mongers among us.
Some want a selfie as well. Providers provide pics, mongers provide $.

Your comment about membership is spot on. I think some guys just like asking for digits with no intention of following through.
