My experience is they don't answer the phone or open the door until around 9 am. Maybe 5 minutes early but that is the best you will likely get. I've had them answer the phone 15 minutes early once when I was checking on the lineup but 9 am is usually it.

I now live in Boston. But, I plan on coming down to Orlando for a vacation and Dallas and I will definitely relive some of the best memories we have ever had. Welp my vacation report from a couple weeks ago just got 1-Uped!
