Now as far as I can tell they are legit but some providers there will "let you do it yourself" which includes some dark makeup looking woman that someone said years ago did it.

This is the place between the Chipotle and Wells Fargo on Lake City Way, just south of Fred Meyer. Sorry, I meant Sun Spa in Lynnwood not Sunshine. Still a parlor for geriatric providers. If they had granddaughters, they would be in their late 20's I was referencing.

Yeah, unfortunately, it's the one on Rainier and you are spot on. Massage is non-existent, I was in and out in 30 minutes and the damage was $$. It would probably be unfair to say I was rushed though. She did seem to be into it and was reciprocating well.
