I contacted support at skip and actually got a reply. They are aware of the problem not being able to see the phone number with the arrow going in never ending circles. It's affecting only some cell phones both iPhone and Android but say the issue is with Google since they supply the prove your human verification. Guess all some of us can do is wait for it to be fixed.
