A woman escapes and they let her out again on bond. No way she is going to show up. She is too addicted to risk going to jail. Now that fellow, that case will get tossed out. The only person to say he tried to pay for it is this woman that no one can find. I had a friend in the same situation. A women said he tried to pay her and he was hauled in. At trial she was the key witness but she was long gone. Most likely he will get a call from the county in the morning telling him the charges have been dropped. Don't bother coming.

But bird in the hand, $50 ticket was ok with me rather than chance a witness showing up and me having a criminal record.

Well you can track the status of his case on ccap. Her name was made public in the reporting of it, don't remember if his was. But his case is cross referenced to hers on ccap so that's easy to find too. He has a court appearance Monday. I think she has an open bench warrant for arrest for missing a court appearance.
