Only concern is: I know some peeps in LE. I know these places are on their radar, but I never hear about raids or anything like that. Or if they monitor the comings and goings of such places? Any way. Should I worry about such things?

I think they kinda don't care. There are far more visible problems to police. These places are usually pretty low key, quiet, and not causing problems.
