Get the bad actors out of town. Course, this relies on us being stand up, and not just posting that shit willy nilly. Other than what I put in my last post, which was basically just "accept the risks or call their bluff".

1. Stay away from hotels that are known issues, in areas that are sketchy, or that just look sketchy.
