I am visiting Raleigh again, Need some recent info on Ashley add posted below. She went by Ashley last time I was there. At some point, it's the principle of not getting ripped off. Like you said, you could be rich many times over but that doesn't mean you should pay disproportionately to the service you receive. It's a shock that providers around this area are even asking that amount.

I was specifying for this type situation but yes the more general description is that young / black guys would tend to care less about trouble, wether it'd be them causing it or just not running away if the girl and her bf do. I think you may be on to something. It's too inconsistent to be accident. I have never seen her but I tried once a couple weeks ago.
