A couple of years ago I was on a business trip and happened to be in an area where a VERY well known BBFS provider was. She has reviews everywhere and is known to be on PREP. It was a great session but I decided against the BBFS option. I was given the choice and chose against it. There have been a couple of times where one thing led to another and I have partaken in BBFS but they were all low volume older providers. Thankfully nothing ever came of it.

At the end of the day, it's your comfort level and the risks you're willing to take. If I had to take any stance, I'd say you may be better off risking it with a classy older provider who's very low volume. That doesn't imply there isn't a risk, but I'd say the odds may be in your favor. Tasia, her crew, Abby, and Kelsey are well known BBFS providers here and frankly their age group and lifestyle scare me.

That's the funny thing, the girl this happened with was as low volume as you can get. She was young (mid-20's) and only had 2 ads, both on Craigs (Backpage was king at the time), offered no incall, no outcall. You had to park a block away from her house and do it in the car, because her mother was usually home at night. First two times she even used protection for oral. On the day of our unfortunate hookup, she had off and her mother was at work, so we used her house (a really nice house at that). I learned that day the old saying. To be honest, don't do anything that you are not comfortable with.

I've done BBFS three times in my mongering run. The last time was likely 10 years ago.

The last time, it was with a girl who was barely in the game, was doing this line of work as a side job. She worked a legit 9-5, lived in a nice area, a nice SFH. I had seen her about 3 times prior and we always used protection. For the last session, she was out of protection and one thing led to another where we engaged in BBFS (no creampie involved). I had two tests, both came up positive for it and had to get a shot / pill to make it go away in a few days.
