My opinion 15 minutes is 10 minutes to long. Setting in parking lot is bad business. If management gets suspicious make a call to LEO. It could put you in a bad position.

You have done nothing wrong but they will ask all kind of questions a may even follow you when you leave to try intimidate you. Set a meeting time if they are not ready a your willing to wait leave drive around until they are ready. Never give what you are driving when they ask could be a set up.

Always have a reason to be where ever you are. If its a hotel PL tell them you are waiting on a contractor for a meeting, and that he stays there. In Columbus the strolls go through neighborhoods so I take real estate listings, and put a few shots on my phone camera.
