Coincidentally, those Cities are all along the Amtrak Boston to NYC Route and have Amtrak Stations. Please tell us more!

Pittsburgh has an Amtrak Station and you can get to Pittsburgh from Boston via Amtrak Train. Only explanation I can see, DumDum following the Amtrak Routes from Boston. Maybe Amtrak has some Federal Program granting people of special needs, Free Passes.
