When you try to play the race card, you have to be careful. The guy may have shot up the parlors because of his spewing sexual addiction that spiraled out of control, maybe got denied service too many times, maybe wanted his money back and was denied, or maybe it was racism and it was hate for asian women and maybe he did just shoot paul and that woman thinking they were asian women because the rooms might've been dark. That is possible. To say this was a hate crime on asian women is pushing it because anybody could've been in these places and got shot by him. If you are waiting your turn for a massage at one of these places, and 5 asian guys are in the room with you waiting with 2 being ahead of you and 3 behind you, and one of the three behind you gets to get their massage next then you can start thinking they may not want to see you because you are black, white, mixed, etc. And not asian. Just think about it, and not assume yet though because maybe they made a mistake, If the second guy who was behind you gets his massage next then really start thinking if your race is a factor. That's how careful you got to be playing the race card. Get it yet?

I agree. I think he saw Asians because there are tons of Asian massage parlors. There are no storefront Caucasian parlors. And, the fact that he shot white and Hispanic people shows it was just a matter of convenience for him. Definitely not a hate crime by definition.

IMHO. The media, the Legal Charging Authority and the many Asian and Feminist Groups are twisting this tragedy to suit their narratives.

Exactly! Just because somebody goes into a place and shoots people of some ethnicity because they are that doesn't mean it was a hate crime which is what I was trying to say in the fight thread but people weren't agreeing with me. Me, you, Night, Aaron, Sgt. Soros, Sky, etc. Could've been in any of those spas that day when that guy did what he did. If you work at a very disliked place like Game stop some fool could come in with a gun and shoot a few black guys who are in the store because he found out he was only going to be getting 2 dollars for a video game he was trading in. I agree with the death penalty against this guy but to say it was a hate crime does not fit the bill because there is not enough for that and also to add one of us who was on here was one of the victims along with a woman who was getting a massage.

The guy probably will not be able to work a regular cop beat again, but that is not the same as being fired. As I said before, his life is now ruined. Wouldn't surprise me if he brings a civil suit against Mayor dumb-Bottoms and city of Atlanta, and sues them for years of lost pay and pension as a result of his inability to work as a cop again.

Mandatory overtime. Hostile customer base? No support of city. The Mayor making ridiculous statements not based in facts. No thank you.
