The reason why " actual" providers have dried up is simple. 99.9% of the providers provided because it was the easiest way to get money. The reason it's even being suggested is that's he was being disingenuous by planting the false flag that GFE = BBFS.

What the poster said she did was charge a premium and, even absent of GFE, was hyper-focused on spitting out rules rather than help him escape into a fantasy for an hour.
