You have a mix there, some look like they might be fake, (namely the first 2) some look like they might be legit (traveling) and a couple are girls I have seen reviewed (although not favorably) Also I wouldn't necessarily say not having a local location is an automatic fake ad, I have seen many traveling girls who put a generic location and use the same ad in every city they go to (uptown, my hotel, etc). Makes it kind of a pain weeding out the real ones from the fake but I tend to stay away form traveling girls anyway so it's not really an issue for me.

Check the location on STG ads. If the location is not the city you are searching in, or a neighborhood or a surrounding smaller city then its likely a scam.
