You have a mix there, some look like they might be fake, (namely the first 2) some look like they might be legit (traveling) and a couple are girls I have seen reviewed (although not favorably) Also I wouldn't necessarily say not having a local location is an automatic fake ad, I have seen many traveling girls who put a generic location and use the same ad in every city they go to (uptown, my hotel, etc). Check the location on STG ads. If the location is not the city you are searching in, or a neighborhood or a surrounding smaller city then its likely a scam.

If they don't know you they may have you show an I'd but don't believe they do anything with it.
