What's the best site and tool to search the mugshots. I have found them online but have to just scroll through. Not very user friendly in regards to searching. I am sure there is a better way. I am not good with technology. Even searching on this site is hard for me. Maybe because my phone stinks! LOL.

Texted with no immediate response. Within 30 minutes received 2 texts and 2 phone calls. When I saw, I texted back and she responded with a phone call. Told her can't talk.
