It is my understanding that at present there are no laws in any state specifically related to "Stealthing" as this practice is called. In Europe there is, it's considered sexual assault. You're changing the terms of what was agreed to and you could be charged with sexual assault IF she elected to report it. It's also the kind of charge that could find your picture on the 6:00 news.
