YOu have no idea what a booker keeps on a client! You just think that you can text the booker and get the okay. Booker needs to verify through refs, work info or cdl or other means?

He / she will write down on how your we're verified or such. Le gets a hold of the texts, email and notes during a raid is how le gets alot of info flips the booker or owner.

If you think you deleting a text won't be found? Wrong, all texts are stored in cell carrier database. If le wants to subpoena it they can and it will show you're entire history of who, what, a why you text a #.

I agree. It's true, very true. Soem booker keep info from girls, dude's hygiene, attitude, what he wore, and many other things which can indentify dude (s) other than face (pic).

LE have nothing on you unless they have video or audio of anything illegal being done. Good luck trying to prove the case in front of judge with just texts LOL.

Your basic instincts are true; it is likely possible that if a prosecutor was to present a case solely made up of text messages, a judge may be tempted to toss the matter out in its entirety. But prosecutor's can use circumstantial eveidence in a criminal case against you; text messages material to the charged offense may be deemed relevant and admitted into evidence. Now if you take evidence of your text messages, plus evidence uncovered from material the booker stored, things may get a little dicey. And in the end, it may be true that charges will ultimately be dropped against you, but it is not as black and white as your comment makes it seem. An over zealous prosecutor may very well still move forward with the matter, and then it's a matter of connecting the dots.

Dude this is the hobby that your private life is secert you come here to have fun you see k-girls to have fun. But dude if your going to give ho's and massage parlor your personnel info your a fool, because if they have a copy of that info and get busted with the new laws around the country they are a victim and you are the reason she is a victim. Arrested for what? Unless they have audio and video of you actually paying for sex, they got nothing.

There is a lot of recent back and forth about the things that happened in Bellevue. I'll not go into details here, but I will just say the incident was a large and complicated operation that set some unsettling legal precedents that people should be aware of. There are several very extensive and detailed articles about it that can easily be found through a quick google search. I'd suggest you seek out those articles and read up.

I used an expired DL with an old address and was able to get in with a few agencies. Still working on J and M though.

If you are good using photoshop, replace pic with some guys' look like you and fix the address and name part with stamp feature and send it to booker. They wouldn't know. I did that few times myself. LOL.

So, one of the guys in the Seattle bust 2 years ago sent in his license to one of the khouses that got busted.

After le busted the owner and got access to all emails and texts.

A guy used his wash state dl. They (le) pulled the pic and scanned there dmv system and bingo a hit. Yes, the dl # and addy.

We're covered but le was able to scan his pic and he got arrested.

Not surprised at all. Dl contains so much info LE and other agencies can pull which we wouldn't know.

It's more about discretion and protecting one's self. Why trust an org that handles hundreds if not thousands of clients with such sensitive personal information?? God forbid they get busted and then you are exposed.

I don't know if any people here remember, but in the mid-to-late 2000's there was a very popular Chinese booker in Pasadena with multiple houses named CrystalChan. She got nailed and the Pasadena PD obviously got ahold of her phone and were calling clients and asking them to come in for questioning. Now obviously only a moron would actually go in but just the fact that they had gotten ahold of numbers and were calling clients was scary enough.

Not really crazy, they let you block out your home address and part of your license number. All they want is your real name and your real pic. If you are new and desperate to get in then K scene. Go for it!! Just black out your address and half of your license number.
