On my way downstairs I noticed Pierre's cell phone sitting near the front door. It was on the screen set to record. I asked him jokingly if he was trying to steal the neighbors Wi-Fi. He said no. Almost forgot to mention the odd accurrence that happened at Pierre's place tonight. Not only the issue with the lights, but apparently Pierre has a crazy B neighbor. When Kandi walked in the door, I could hear someone next door scream something. I asked Kandi what she said. She said the women yelled he's got bed bugs, but she's probably trying to compete for business.

A bit later when I was getting a BJ from Kandi, I could hear Pierre and this women cussing at each other from down stairs. It was not the best way to get in the mood listening to that . You're right, this goes beyond a ripoff. If the right situation occurs, they'll do it again, they're confident in their scam now. He didn't make it clear if they asked for his wallet as cops, or just took his wallet. Cops will never ask for your entire wallet unless you're in custody.
