Hey I think I seen the vehicle. Was it a black jeep Cherokee? Parked on 4th on the corner facing towards 5th? Thought it was a sloppy sting set up because a girl was still standing on the corner. Didn't notice any ravishing devices but they were very out of place.

I've been working in the area and have seen those 2 old ladies for at least 2 days (Friday and Saturday evenings). They park at various corners along Pontiac, always facing the corner.
