I've been working in the area and have seen those 2 old ladies for at least 2 days (Friday and Saturday evenings). They park at various corners along Pontiac, always facing the corner. My guess is they are some sort of community watch. The girls don't pay much attention to them, one girl came to talk through my window when I was immediately in front of these 2 old ladies.
