I had a reason for venting an opinion a while back at a couple of members and was subsequently put on moderation. And over time I'm sure many of you have seen a post deleted by Admin for how do they put it,"purely arguementive" reasons. Look at all the other forums now, that delete is practically non existent because of this forum. I agree that the bashing has continued to a point that a particular members post (input?) has dropped dramatically. Not that his input was relevant to my pursuit of "pussy". He was basically using my, and everyones post to throw his color commentary in. And as a new member I don't think he was aware to him about his "count" at the time until it was brought to his attention. And how can some say that this forum has taken away from members posting other forums. I don't think so. I feel that the heavy hand of LEO has created a bit of a void in all activity's.Streetwalker action is practically non-existent in my area. A Bpage girl I had not seen advertising for a while indicated that LEO presence was her reason for not posting. Massage Parlors, pop up and get closed down. And I don't care how much or how little a member posts about details, I still do my own research. I voted to keep the MassHoles active just so if I have different view of things I can go here without fear of the dreaded "moderation". And I honestly haven't had any members PM me saying that I'm on their ignore list because I've posted here.

Admit it, this forum is like a gruesome car crash, you don't want to look but you did. If you don't like it don't read it.

I know I'm going to catch a lot of slack for saying this, but I really think you're right. I think this site is starting to lose it's substance. I joined this site because I thought it was for us gents (emphasis on gents) to share information about some of the good and bad service providers that are out there. Ever since this Massholes thread stated it has been nothing but arguing and bickering amongst eachother. At the end of the day what good is that?

I've been checking this site periodically to see if there's any good info as far as the service providers go and low and behold the only thread that is active is the Massholes. Come on gents, I think we could do better. Let's get back to finding some good pussy.

I don't agree with the premise that because someone posts here in Massholes there are less posts in the other threads. Within the last few days I've seen reviews from PW Herman, Smokescreen, and Yellowfever just to name a few. We all could make a concerted effort to post more actual reviews.

I will make a pledge to post in the other threads when I see new girls myself. I used to post many reviews and wasn't as opinionated but see nothing wrong with disagreement and debate however muddy it gets here sometimes as in the long run it has allowed me to hone my skills and thrive in my quests for intimate encounters with the opposite sex.

I would still offer advice and assistance to ANYONE on this board even after all the name calling. After all it's just a blog LOL! And I also disagree with the assumption that a direct connection can be made concerning how we argue here and that it is somehow indicative of how we treat the ladies.

N, Not trying to flame you but I do disagree. My opinion is that it is all the "PM for details" that has hurt the other threads and discouraged members from posting. I mean why bother putting anything in the forum if you are just going to send a PM, right? As far as Massholes goes the people who don't want to read it don't have too.

Fare enough YF, I'm not going to argue about this really. I just looked it over and I said 'shit man, I don't see these guys in the backpage or other sections much anymore' while 'remember the day' (like about month or so ago) when they were basically driving it. Now we get mostly "Hey guys! Anybody knows anything about that one!" type of posts. It always takes a few to drive any forum and when they are taken away to conduct often pointless and at times rather misplaced screaming matches it slowly turns into blah. That's why I don't think the Massholes was such a good idea from the beginning and I still believe myself being in the right about that. I think it turned into something more destructive then constructive, that's all. Obviously I'm not going to go as far as to leave the forum or send a note of protest to the Argentine consulate in Boston or bombard A2 with repeated PM requests to shut the thing down.

I just wanted to throw my arguments out there and see if I was alone in thinking that the Massholes was a mistake.

A2, I think this was opened with good intentions but in my opinion it really turned into members throwing insults at each other and really took many valuable members away from discussing pussy. This section is really counterproductive and amounts to nothing more then providing an opportunity for members to get pissed off at each other and divide us instead of uniting us over the same goal. Sometimes it reads like if bunch of kids were pointing at each other and screaming "No, you're stupid! "No, you're stupid! I'm sure that it's a source of some amusement for some (and sometimes for myself too) but for the health of the forum I believe it's a bad news.

I think in general if members don't like someone or want to call somebody out on something they should do it in regular pussy-oriented section but do it once or maybe twice but the minute it begins to feel like it's about to get out of hand, with somebody repeating the same shit over and over the moderator should step in and say: "Hey! You said your piece! Move on!" It doesn't happen all that often for the moderator to get overwhelmed with such situations. And if someone seem to think of himself as a self-appointed truth policeman and keeps continuously calling someone out this person should be warned and advised to knock this shit off or get a blog of his own where he can do whatever the fuck he wants!

If you believe that someone (like apparently is Ledger) is so much of an asshole that he needs to be bounced out of the forum, present your arguments to the moderator (A2) why you believe he should be bounced out of the forum. If A2 agrees with you, he'll bounce him out. But continuously going on and on about how much of an asshole he is only facilitates you not writing about your latest pussy experience! And I'm pretty sure that I will speak for the greater majority here when I say that that's what we want to here and not how much of an asshole Ledger or Monger Expert or whoever the fuck else is. We're all adults here. We know there are plenty of assholes on this forum. Pointing fingers and calling people out over and over again is bullshit! Instead of doing that you could've enlightened us with your latest pussy experience that most of us, I guarantee you, would rather read about.

I dealt in the open and via PMs with many on both sides of this crap and I found most of them to be valid and honorable mongers in their own right.

Don't forget that your post was a contributing catalyst that lead to the creation of Massholes to begin with, as the post started a shitstorm of back & forth posts that had nothing to do with the topic of the forum & it wouldn't stop, there were over 3 pages that didn't belong. What's the alternative? To give everyone involved an infraction delete the posts & move on only to see it happen again & again & again, or to give us a board to work that stuff out. I disagree as already stated

While the post count on the report & review boards may have gone down a little (hard to say without metrics), the content of the reports & reviews are more focused with info & intel & has less unattributed commentary.

A2 shut down the Massholes!

No one is forcing anyone to participate on the site or any of the forums, if you don't like any of the aspects of how or the way it's run you can at the very least sound off about it here without being flagged for it, as A2 has done in the past saying it's not the correct forum in which to contact the Administrator. How is that not better?

Which leads me to ask why post your request to close Massholes here.(rhetorical), I mean you could've pm'ed or sent an email to A2 rather than posting about it here. Also where does it stop (again rhetorical), because some individuals may not like certain aspects of another forum & feels it distracts from some other part of the site or a certain forum does that get closed also, it doesn't make sense to do so.

Given that, I would say Massholes has done what it was intended to do, to keep the other boards free from the bullshit. I cannot tell a lie. What I miss is the higher average level of education. The scrappy attitude, not as much. I'm not an in your face kind of guy unless I'm douched on, I'm a lover not a fighter. While Cincy is my first love on the forum I'm honest enough to admit I'd miss The Massholes if it goes away. I've enjoyed connecting with you guys and read all the new posts here everyday.

When I'm working I only have one agenda, improving the user experience on the forum. I'm really quite passionate about that. I'm thinking a lot these days about how to fix the biggest dilemma, posting useful reviews while not drawing too much attention to the subjects. I'm still of a mindset that at the end of the day we don't give our least favorite uncle any NEW info. It's the uncertainty I would like to address and figure out.

I'm probably not going to shut this thread down. I was CONSTANTLY putting out fights in Boston before it. It would be great if two guys could exchange a "fuck you" and a "no my friend, fuck you first" but it never stops at that. It always ended up as a gang fight.

With respect, and I do mean with respect, this thread doesn't prohibit guys from posting about pussy. Nobody has to click on it. In every other city where there is one guys are writing about pussy. All they have to do is fuck somebody, come here, click +add report and type. The existence of this thread in no way inhibits their ability to post a report.

Banning guys doesn't work on a free forum. I could have 10,000 guys ask me to bounce somebody and it wouldn't stop them from registering with a new username. Before anybody says "IP banning" read about IP leases and you'll see why that doesn't work.

It's a free forum, guys need to post to keep it alive. There will always be douchebags. They are unavoidable unless we start charging a lot of money.

Post count: I'm going to try and talk Jax into displaying the "joined" date again. That's a pretty easy fix. That way if a guy has 1000 posts but only has been a member for 6 months you know somethings up.

I'll think about what you guys said, I always try to, but I have to admit, I'm pretty resistant to the idea. I posted a poll, it's open for 7 days, results are anonymous (not to me) I'm not promising to do what it says regardless of outcome, but of course it will weigh heavily in my thinking.

It used to be that I could get a quick sense of the contributors by the post count. It seems to me that with all the Masshole posts, forget about it.
