Okay, what prompted LE to even take a look at this? Was it the detective on duty who is permanently assigned to reading websites for possible reviews? No once again neighbors complaining started the process.

Doesn't matter one way or the other if eventually LE in the course of their "investigation" read a review on a website. They still had to send someone in to get them to offer pay for play. In this case a confidential informant. So if no review sites existed this spa would still have been taken down.
