Yeah that is the normal experience with her these days. I've seen her twice. The first time I saw her a few years back she was a decent provider. She still had rules back then but was more personable and didn't rush me out the door. The second time I saw her, earlier this year I think, it was terrible. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.
