    Reminder to be extra careful.

Prior to this. I only recall seeing one here or there.

I've been scoping out the Viginia Forums. Seems Richmond is one of the drier areas. Roanoke, Lynchburg, Fredericksburg all OK. Northern VA has tons.

On 95 just over the NC / SC border has good spots.

Decent spot just over the borderline

In all seriousness, I can't recall a single one. We have other options guys. Save yourself the trouble and burn the extra gas.
I can't imagine ever finding someone worth the risk of a felony. The consequences of just being arrested will last a lifetime (your record will be public forever). And if you do end up with a felony conviction you're now ineligible for a lot of jobs and the stigma will follow you to your grave.

    Major Sting in Hope Mills

All 14 Arrests were involved the solicitation charge. Which we all should know is now a felony.

It likely will at least protect from stings. I mean LEO will not go out on a dinner date just to see what will happen on date #2. They expect you to commit to a sexual act in some manner.

By then, you probably won't be propositioning directly over text. You will just have to say "hey let's meet" and that's it.

I still don't fully understand whether police being involved in the meeting is a requirement for arrest or not. I sort of doubt the scenario where an angry SB screenshots you and takes it to the police and gets you arrested. Nevertheless, that's why I'm saying don't leave any electronic trail. Meet in person and go from there.

Anyone that is an immigrant should probably quit the hobby, at least in NC.
"anyone arrested. Down to some misdemeanors like child abuse -- will have to verify their citizenship status".

That's crazy, not even convictions, just arrests for misdemeanors. Imagine a problem kid, born in USA with noncitizen parents, having the leverage to get their parents deported with a false accusation to CPS. Same thing for a false domestic abuse claim.

The reason is because these legal migrants feel like there'll be too much scrutiny on them, and one ICE action means they can't come back legally to the US ever again. It's easy enough for them to go to South Carolina, or Tennessee instead, which leaves crops to die on the vine, unharvested in NC. We'll see what happens next year, but if Ag gets crushed in NC, as it did in Alabama when they passed an aggressive new law, it'll be quickly changed. Maybe the NC legislature could pass some better Rights To Privacy and Consumer Protection laws instead of all of this punitive junk?
Those folks pissing and moaning about inflation for the last couple of years are going to lose their minds.

But Seriously. It would be wise to lay low for a few months in the state.

Figure out where the police are or are not enforcing things.

I expect Raleigh will be a high enforcement area.

Look to establish more indirect pay to play such as Cuddle Sites.

Just cuddle a time or two and see where things go.

Sugar Sites where in theory you are paying for dates, dinners, etc. And if sometimes more then its less direct as its more relationship in theory.

15 minute quickies for cash. Very dangerous.
