After the raids in Dalton, I set up a free consultation with a criminal lawyer to see what the best thing to do if you ever get caught up in a raid. He advised to plead the 5th and don't answer anything. The LEO is not your friend. They are trying to build a case against you so don't make it easier for them. Pleading the 5th means you don't answer a single question. Don't be an asshole, cooperate peacefully and exercise your right to and just stay quiet. Staying quiet is not a confession or make you guilty of anything. All you are required to do is provide identification. They may try asking you a bunch of tiny questions to get you talking but they are only trying to get a confession or collect evidence they can use. Do what you feel is the best for you but I thought I would just pass the info along.

It's too soon to tell what the local situation will be in 3-4 months. Ask us again a week or two before you are actually coming through, and I am sure some of the good guys here will be happy to advise you.
