I don't recall that I got "matron" from somewhere. One day, whilst writing about a spa, it occured to me that "Mamasan" is the wrong word, so I thought of a better one. Nobody challenged me on it until now. I, likewise, don't like the term "monger. " Sorry. I prefer "hobbyist. " I write all of my texts in complete sentences, and don't use shorthand like ur or yer, for you're, or other incorrect shortcuts.

When I first arrived in Japan, in 1990, the first thing I did when I got off the airplane was to go into the restroom to drain my lizard. I stood at the urinal, and a middle aged woman in a light blue dress strode up to the urinal next to me. This took me by surprise. My first thought was "how are women equipped over here,?" but then i saw that she had a toilet mop in her hand and she was cleaning the urinal.

In Japan a "mamasan" is a cleaning lady.

I have to say, it is somewhat of a bizarre question considering what happened. You need to read the news articles and pay attention to detail so you are on the same page with everyone else.

It's too soon to tell what the local situation will be in 3-4 months. Ask us again a week or two before you are actually coming through, and I am sure some of the good guys here will be happy to advise you.

Hope the skies will clear and things get back to normal soon. I've tried a couple of places near me at Healing Massage and Evergreen. In other cities I've visited these places that are Asian, walk in welcome, open past 9 pm are easy code for extras. In my few visits I had zero expectation of anything happening and that was correct. Still not sure why sometimes on the flip they definitely tease and leave you hanging, but guess that is the state of affairs in this town for now.

I'm not sure why you're asking if you need to keep driving. These places were all closed down, you have no choice but to keep driving.

Yeah I checked before I wrote. According to the interwebbies there are Winn Dixies in Chattanooga. I remember going to them as a kid.

Look at it in this sense, whichever spa that remains and stands the test of time, those are the places you are good to visit for at least 2 years with a 70/30 chance of safety net. All it is taking is go to AMP with caution until the Nov.-5th.
