I'll add that the last agency who really put girls over customers was SSG, and that indirectly led to their failure. They did everything right, except they always punished the customer. It cost them all their goodwill, and the people they alienated came back with a list of complaints. Some of them were serious enough to end the agency. Customers know each other, and if they've done nothing wrong you can't treat them like that. They won't forget. Whereas if someone actually does something wrong, no one is going to back him up. Go ahead and punish those people. Like the guys who secret film, bring drugs, or short change the girls.

Just flat out say that you don't review period. Even if you do. And don't be that guy that uses the same or similar handles across different platforms. Having the girl / booker know that you review can corner you into a compromising situation. But as you know, shill accounts also exist. Many owners and bookers will blatantly tell the girls to request customers to review them. Some girls do and some girls don't. From a business perspective, it's sound advice cause they very much understand the effects of a good review. Especially one from an account that is active and trusted.
