Do data centers have forum hosting services?

No data centers and new AI's builds have created a critical shortage in enterprise level drives, ram and really really big processors.

The only items that are short that we need are SSD's and RAM

It's a global phenomenon and one of the reasons our current host has stopped supporting enterprise drives and only uses regular SSD's which are completely overwhelmed by the task at hand which is why you can't log in. I seriously doubt if our current host will survive the year. Hosting could become an issue world wide.

We had an early morning hour set up Monday morning, 8/31.

Met at Starbucks last week. I paid her generously to show up on time. She seemed like fun. We agreed on where, when, what, and how much. We also verified with texts over the weekend.
