So I will start with admitting that I don't get on here much anymore. I have my regulars and just keep it subdued. That being said I offer this review.

If you are busy (or short of staff) and we call to make an appointment, rather than give us a time to arrive and then make us wait 15-20 minutes, your faithful returning customers would be better served if you were to recommend a different / less busy time, or to suggest "what about tomorrow. ".

Worse is to tell me to arrive at a specific time for my (usual one hour) appointment, have me wait 20 minutes alone in the studio -- and then have the (new) staff member / massage technician (who just finished with a different client) tell me "Only 30-minutes today, we are so very busy. "

I understand "busy is good" (the house makes more income from 30-minute visits than one-hour appointments). However, to not tell me "half-hour only" (when I called for the appointment), to tell me to arrive when you know I have to wait lacks respect for my time and can increase my stress rather than relaxing me.

I had an underwhelming appointment this week. The (new) MT was apologetic, (and tired from lack of breaks between customers) and the massage mediocre and felt rushed.
Although I have been a regular (with an appointment every-two-or-three-weeks since last year), I am more likely to try other AMP locations rather than to return.

Stopped by Zen Melt again this week because I kept thinking about my last visit with Luna and wanted to find out whether it had simply been one of those unusually good days. Glad to report it wasn't. Well after not logging in for a while and realizing I missed some PMs from good buds (sorry guys) here is a quick post. I have been spending a little time a Zen Melt. I have seen Jasmine, Maya, and Luna. Maya was a lot of fun and really took charge and was into it. Jasmine was right there and a top choice as well. Luna was great at overall effort but a little less skilled. All three were Orlando level, ok maybe not as good looking, but close. Here's the thing though, Maya and Luna are on the small side. If you fancy yourself as more than an average guy, things coud get a little tight. So Jasmine wins as the best all arounder. All will get the job done though, one way or another.

Luna will use a ton o lube even if you're slightly above average. I have had a hard time finishing twice, one time Jasmine took over LOL. NOT due to lack of effort she is a soldier. Just pretty much 0 friction without jussssst the right angle. Don't think I've even met maya yet.
