The responsibility is up to local police. City of Industry police department is chill and has real crimes to solve. They will bust places for drugs and weapons, they'll investigate violence. More importantly, COI is an industrial city - only 250 people live there. 67,000 people work there at warehouses and manufacturing. So they have always focused on protecting people and businesses, and that includes entertainment. Clubs pay taxes, bring in business for everyone else, and help people who just got off shift have a good time. There's not a lot of other places to relax after shift. Nobody is going to re-elect officials who ruin the local economy.

Police enjoy strip clubs too, and no one wants to have the rep among his coworkers of being the one who shuts down a club everyone else is enjoying. In other cities, police only get involved when the boss tells them to and that's not going to happen when clubs area positive part of the community. To that point, there are no Karens complaining about strip clubs where they live because nobody lives in COI!

Strippers making a living literally outnumber residents in this one unusual exception. If they can't work in COI, they would make money elsewhere and drive the economy there instead.

I concur; cops aren't going to do anything if nobody complains. That's why you see strip clubs in seedy areas; no Karens, soccer moms, bored old white people or white kids to see stuff to complain about.

The one time I remember Synn getting raided was for drugs; one of the bouncers was dealing at the club.

One of my buddies was also at Dreams in Wilmington when it got raided. Turns out it wasn't for prostitution; one of the customers wives caught him at the club and called the police. Told them she was kidnapped and to come to the club asap, LOL.

Mr. Kim is the owner of about 10 or so strip clubs in LA / OC area. He is the owner of the popular Synn Industry. A fat asian man in his 40's-50's that enjoys food (seriously everytime I evesdrop he is talking to his employees about the latest restaurant he's at and can talk about the dishes he ate in great detail.

I wonder if he could be the guy I met in the synn parking lot years ago and just handed me a ton of $10 off business cards out of his car, was a very low-key older Asian man.

Most of his employees say he is a good and fair boss. He's known to bus tables at 1 of his restaurants if an employee calls out sick or whatever, so very humble. Good businessman; he doesn't just own the strip club but also the entire strip mall it sits on (Synn Industry is in a strip mall with a Yoshinoya and 2 other restaurants, which Mr. Kim also owns.).

I haven't seen him in years so not sure what he's up to. Like I said he's pretty fat so he is not very healthy. For years prior I would see him at his various clubs and even at SR Industry just hanging out talking to the workers. Headhunting or just chilling, I'm not sure.

None of the dancers have said anything bad about him; so I'm pretty sure he doesn't creep on his employees. I have heard complaints about his friends that he brings into the club sometimes though.

He doesn't try to make a big deal about himself or his presence, again very humble. I remember him trying to get into one of his own clubs and 1 of the new bouncers stopped him and tried to press him for not doing the proper protocol (metal detector, frisk, etc) to which Mr. Kim sheepishly says "Oh sorry, I'm Mr. Kim. " to which the new bouncers apologized profusely. Mr. Kim told him he's doing a great job and don't worry about it. This shows not even some of his employees know what he looks like.

Out of curiosity, anyone know the market for these, have wanted to just get to a know a girl better outside and do a outing dinner / activity, and have been quoted 1500-2000 (as just the fee doesn't even include the food / misc). Haven't pulled the trigger as 500-1000 is probably closer to my limit.

I usually pay 1500, but it depends on the length of the date. A date that lasts around 24 hours together typically costs more. I pay for any extra costs, such as the price of food, tickets, etc. And sex is always part of the deal. Usually in a hotel.

It depends how much the girl you are trying to take out makes on an average night factoring all her regulars. If she makes 1000+ in tips a night, she'll give you a discount based on her average since it's easier for her to go out for a few hours than it is to be at the club. Also it depends how much you're giving her normally. If you give her 400 weekly and she's a busy girl, she probably won't take less than 1000. If you give her 300 and she's not a busy girl, she would probably take 500-600. Also it depends how often you plan on seeing each other so if its weekly then she'll give you a better price since its dependable money. Ultimately, talk it out from your perspective to her and it has to make sense for both of you guys in terms of money and time.

I think one key will be how big a gap there is between you and her in both age and looks if you have any shot. When you pay her for a date, is it a direct transaction or is it like gifts / travel / dinner? Have you had any time OTC with no payment? I have a reasonable guess who this is and maybe she doesn't have as many "miles" on her as some, so go all in quickly if you are serious. If not, just enjoy the ride and don't get too attached. Rotate in some others. Certainly don't knock her up.

Yeah, there's definitely a big age gap between me and her (I'm 17 years older), but I'm lucky in that I look a lot younger than I actually am. We also have a lot in common, so the age difference doesn't feel as significant. My looks aren't anything special though. I'm a short guy (5'4), so height is not doing me any favors. However, I'd like to think that I look ok outside of that. I'm not fat or bald or anything, so at least I've got that going for me.

In rare cases, there were top tier girls who would do it for free just because I saw them a lot and they liked me. I don't take things for free, so I paid them at the end anyways. I don't like GPS girls so it's my way of giving back to girls who gave to me freely. You could say the best revenge against GPS girls is to never think about them again and treat the no GPS girls as well as they treated you.

By default, you are going to get GPS quotes from most girls. Don't bother. 80% of girls do not want to do a lot of OTC, so they won't.
