In my experience massage is not really effective for the lower back pain. What helps is firmer mattress and deadlifting or rowing exercises.

Google is your friend. See top three hits when you type in "Shining Spa". This looks like King Spa in the office complex on the service road along Duke Street. There is no signage on the door or wall, and you'd hardly know it was open at night. Tao Massage is located in an adjacent building toward the back. I've only been able to get a HJ finish at either location (see report on King; 03-08-2025, post #29413). I went based on previous glowing reports that this place offered FS, but alas, alack, it was not to be, and I doubt you will ever get more than a simple nova ending.

- Surprisingly, Empire in that same complex has been my go-to lately as they used to have one heavy, older lady, but now they are rotating MTs in and out almost too quickly for me. Great service, but one problem is that once you find one MT that you want to see again she is gone and when you call to see if she's there suddenly they're all named Angie. Funny thing is that every one I've encountered has been good for who they are, but because they will not stick with one name it is makes it difficult to schedule a follow-up visit. So ladies, pick a name / handle and stick with it. Also, bring a skirt you can change into for regular customers even if you can't wear one all the time.

- I haven't been to Pine in a while (because of the high rate of rotation), but I will keep trying Sunny Spa over in the corner to see who is available. On my last visit I had to pass as the MT, while friendly and eager, seemed to have man-hands.

- Next, there's a place over near Tyson's (WildKittySpa) and when I saw the address (1500 LincolnCircle) I knew exactly what it was. While they advertise as an AMP it is really a condominium complex that I'm very familiar with from years ago. I was met by Lin and while she was friendly the place didn't offer what I was used to getting from there which is a two BR apartment each with its own bathroom and two girls to choose from. Fond memories of that LincolnCircle complex and hope that either more places open shop there or that chubby Lin is rotated out.

- There is Orange on Gallows which is now known as Bubbly and while I went hoping to locate GMILF Tina I was met by GMILF Kim who is a mix between Japanese / Korean.
