Google is your friend. See top three hits when you type in "Shining Spa". This looks like King Spa in the office complex on the service road along Duke Street. There is no signage on the door or wall, and you'd hardly know it was open at night. Tao Massage is located in an adjacent building toward the back. I've only been able to get a HJ finish at either location (see report on King; 03-08-2025, post #29413).
