I grew up not too far from that area. The girls would always be on the west side of the street from 75th and 78th and Exchange by the Metra train tracks. I've been by there late a few days this past summer and didn't really see anything going on. Uncle LEO is usually posted up when I drive by there after getting off Lake Shore Drive to visit my family in South Chicago.
