I guess they posted the same exact ad in Wisconsin same exact time and number to add legitimacy to it. I can't say I didn't contact this one I found another. It's just an extortion plot and anybody that bites the hook well they end up losing money just block the number and get on with life and don't give it a second thought. If they're using some sort of dialing app to generate a phony number on their end then it'll be tough to block them but just ignore that shit and get on with life. The caller is likely overseas and in my case they text pictures of dead bodies to scare you. If you pay, they never stop harassing. Check a google search or chatgpt and you will see how it works.
