North Scottsdale will be pretty difficult. If you're just looking for a nice L1, Relax & Recharge and Relax & Rewind are places I've been to. The first is at the 15000 block of North Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard. The second is at the 14000 block of North 100th Street.

If you're looking for more than that, you might have to venture over to Glendale, Peoria, Sun City for more options.
