First time I've been on Facebook in months and Just saw Kitty's face on a post. I clicked on the link for the article and see that a customer in another room admitted he was there for a "sex act"! They didn't charge him. They should have for being an idiot who incriminated himself! Hope everyone here understands its not illegal to have "sex acts" in these places unless there is proof you paid for that specific a t. You can tip hundreds for a massage as long as the the tip was not for sex. The only way that can be proved is if the masseuse is working with law enforcement or if there's surveillance equipment in the room. Well, or if you're a dumbass an admit your crimes lmao! Same thing if you use your personal phone, you are fine unless you are dumb enough to discuss rates for extras and what the extra is, etc.

While the advice to not incriminate oneself is great advice, you are incorrect regarding the ability of law enforcement to arrest a solicitor and a prosecutor to secure a conviction for solicitation even if both involved maintain that money exchanged was only for either legitimate services or for a tip. Circumstantial evidence is just that. If a prosecutor believes that indirect evidence (circumstance) is robust enough to warrant prosecution for a crime and further believes that a jury will see the case presented as evidence enough to warrant conviction for a crime, you can certainly be prosecuted and convicted. Again, your first point is spot on. Exercise your 5th amendment right and don't say anything. Don't provide ANY information or confirm anything.

If LEO going to go thru AMP phones busting mongers for soliciting, they'll need to build a holding cell the size of Lucas Oil. I've read thru store phones when bored. Some guys are hilarious and ridiculous.

There are two perspectives at play here. Many of us only have to worry about what happens that would land us in jail (what would stick and what wouldn't). The other side of the coin is that many here have to worry about the effects on job and family. In these cases, just having a detective come to their door asking questions could turn their lives upside down. So, if it could cost you a six figure income or an expensive divorce, it really might be stupid to use your personal phone to contact an AMP.

Just know there are store numbers and personal numbers. If a gal leaves a store, the store phone is passed on to the new MT. This can also occur with a new owner but sometimes they'll change the number for the store. There are times the store phone is actually in NYC and they say 'yes come' and then they contact the girl at the store.

Even with a burner, I try to keep my number off store phone contacts list. I don't want 'honey, you come for a massage?' without knowing who has the phone. Many will give you their 'personal' number, which I have in quotes bc many times these gals will have 3 or 4 phones. The store phone, their business phones, their personal phone and their phone from China. Or have phones with two numbers and two SIM cards. If I have a good MT, I get her number. That way, anywhere she goes, I can find her.

For anyone married or if you get into a new relationship, the answer is 'it's spam', if you're worried about a store from the past having your number. I've had MTs or escorts text me after a year of silence out of nowhere. Just make sure your contact list is clean so it doesn't pop up "KITTY" with fucking hearts.

THE NUMBER ONE RULE- do fucking NOT. EVER. Mention sexual acts thru a text / call. Most MTs will ignore you bc they know this rule too. Do NOT mention acts over a phone call either. I've heard mongers call and ask for specific acts and the MT has said "NO, only massage" after she's literally taken her mouth off of me to answer. What happens in the room happens in the room, keep it in the room, including negotiating the flip.

Also, just don't call them; text them. It's funny hearing a call with a guy asking questions and saying things and the MT just saying 'yes, you come' They know time and they know money. They cannot translate on the fly. And very few will hold a schedule appointment. I've gone in at 1:45 and at 2:00 a guy comes in bc he had scheduled a 2:00 appointment. Well, he waited until 2:15.

Be smart, be safe. Be extra kind, many of these gals are scared right now.

So with that in mind when Kitty says you are her husband, they can't bother you for giving money to your wife. Really sad need to hear this. Coco is so cute, I know this is a harsh group sometimes but she had to be at least an 8 on the AMP scale in looks and Kitty can't be far behind. When a search warrant is issued, one of the first things listed to confiscate are phones. Then LE will try to pressure them into giving up their passcodes. Many of these women have no idea how to deal with this situation. They often get scared and give it up. Always use a burner if you're contacting them in any way that can't be explained away by saying you just called to ask about prices. Texts can be retrieved. Even leaving a record of making an appointment is enough to make an ambitious detective want to talk to you. The wife might be just a bit curious about that one.

Last I checked, they don't let you keep your phone while you're in jail. If they make bail, many times they're immediately picked up by deportation bc even if they're 'legal' they've violated their visa. This is just general information, nothing I am saying applies to her specifically. I wouldn't share info even if I knew. Assume all of us know nothing.

Nobody is going to post any details on this board. The best thing we can do is keep quiet about it. Do not try to contact her.
