JM Oh lord, so much commotion about Irene. She is definitely beautiful for sure. I have done this, and to make it work you need to be a known good customer and set it up in advance, preferably the evening before.

If you show up at 6 am and ring the doorbell they won't answer even if they are already there. Which they often are.

For a number of years I was flying in and out of Seattle, often at very odd hours. If I arranged things in advance they always were able to help me out.

It would be Westin more places adopted the "booking name" or "booking text" strategy where you had to show them the text message with the appointment to get in. It's a legit problem that you can sometimes be a minute or two late or even in time but already have lost your slot to some guy who said, "Uh. Yeah, I'm the 230". It's like the old commercial with Coach K where some other dude gets your limo.
