If I were to guess, USASG users probably comprise less than 10% of MPs total customer base. A good review or provider mentioned here is not going to affect the traffic wildly. Maybe an uptick, but a good shop with good providers in general are going to be popular and busy. And these shops don't really discriminate based on if you're an avid reviewer.
