Those of you who are looking for clinics could go to AHF wellness centers. I live halfway between DC and Baltimore. There's at least 5 locations within an hour drive of me. The testing is free. It's easy to get PREP from AHF pharmacies if you have health insurance.

That these girls are "worse than the average monger" is extremely subjective but also dishonest. The average monger (at least in our fair city) looks for desperate, depressed, and drug-addled women to exploit, humiliate, and fuck. The average monger is typically has his own addictions, is fighting his own demons, and will compromise his livelihood, safety, and health (which often times includes the health of his significant other), to bust a nut. We're not morally superior. Like you said, this is a dirty business. Most of us know the risks but still play the game. I personally think all is fair when we willingly decide to play. Shit happens. Charge that shit to the game and play it smarter next time. I don't know how any of us can act surprised when we venture into bad neighborhoods with bad intentions and bad shit happens.
