The mongers stuck together and did not allow providers to get away with raising their rates. When I left, the HF's were $50-60 and the tip for L1 was $40-$60, L2 was $80-100 and L3 was $140-150. When I came here, the big 6 had a set price of $160 with great service. Then the big 6 collapsed and AMP's and providers started raising their prices. The first price increase came from AMP's themselves as the HF increased to $80, and then the providers started demanding $200 for L2 and maybe L3.
