Got a rub the other day and my masseuse spoke decent English so I asked her after the rub talking in the lobby why no boom boom in our fine city? Was told st Louis has very strict laws against it and all the shops and girls won't do it because so. Checked to see if the laws are more oppressive than other cities and it's really not.
