So lets be honest here, at some point some of us were young, dumb, full of cum and would fuck any girl that looked halfway decent. Now no working girl who does this to survive at any point would willingly admit to having STDs or STIs, they just won't do it, most of them don't even get tested regularly. I've asked for results and some have willingly provided thankfully but other than that no. I have asked the Russian girl recently and she became extremely nervous and concerned, I think this tells us all we need to know. You're welcome! I've fixed your link, it is a good guide. I'll try to summarize some general information on maintaining good health. First, get the Gardasil 9 vaccine if you are 45 and under to prevent genital warts and reduce the risk of certain cancers associated with HPV. Hep B vaccine too if available. You can schedule it easily at CVS. Second, the county STD clinics where I am are cheap with professional staff for testing (don't know about NYC however). It is a long essay why I prefer them, but to sum up you need no insurance, it's 40 cash, they deal with STD testing and treatment all day, and they are the most discreet. By default if something comes up on tests, they will call you to call them back for the result. Next, if you are quitting bb or want bacterial treatment "just in case" before taking on a new partner, you can use callondoc to get a combo of antibiotics. Callondoc or any other telehealth will send your prescription to your local pharmacy which will dispense top shelf meds, they are professional, fast, well-priced. If you actually have symptoms or test positive for bacteria, then it is better to get a shot in-person whether at a clinic or urgent care. Lastly, people can panic over things like balantis (for example, by a yeast infection due to pre-diabetes and peeing sugar) or 'worn out' skin that hurts (you can get this even with a Tenga / fleshlight so it is not an STD). I have been informed by a doctor friend that not everyone will get genital Herpes even after many exposures, whether some people build a natural immunity or for whatever reason will never test positive for antibodies.
