I have been informed by a doctor friend that not everyone will get genital Herpes even after many exposures, whether some people build a natural immunity or for whatever reason will never test positive for antibodies. It's why you can't get it from kissing, or coughing on someone, etc. When I did the research, there was no case in history where it occurred. From what I understand, it is theorized that the virus can't survive inside the mouth due to saliva, bacteria, etc.
